These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all payments made by debit card, credit card, or any other card-based method (“Card Payment”) through the website of The Grand Theatre (“we,” “our,” “us”). By submitting your card details and authorizing payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Refunds and Chargebacks
There are NO refunds or exhanges for online ticket sales. Please double check your order before checking out.
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes initiated without following our refund process may be contested with your card issuer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Grand Theatre shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from or in connection with online card payments, except where caused by our proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.
